How to use SaleLoop
SaleLoop automates daily sales on Etsy so your promotions keep their "ending soon" badge active without requiring manual daily clicks.
Step-by-step setup
Install the extension
Download and load the SaleLoop extension in Chrome, Edge, Brave, or any Chromium desktop browser.
Sign in to SaleLoop
Open the SaleLoop web dashboard and request a passwordless magic link to access your account.
Generate your licence key
Click "Create Licence Key" on your dashboard. Every account receives a one-time grant of 30 free credits upon creation.
Paste the key into the extension
Open your Etsy Seller Dashboard, click the SaleLoop extension icon in your browser toolbar, and paste your key.
Sync shop data from Etsy
The extension automatically detects your shop sections and existing promotions so you do not double-book sales.
Paint sales across your calendar
Select a date range (1 to 30 days) and choose discount percentages (10% to 70%) for your whole shop or specific sections.
Launch the automated run
Click "Start Cycle". The extension creates daily sales on Etsy and confirms each day as it completes.
What the status ribbon shows
During an active run, a thin status ribbon appears at the top of your Etsy dashboard showing the progress of each scheduled day. Once a daily sale is successfully created on Etsy, the status registers in your SaleLoop usage log and 1 credit is deducted.
Troubleshooting guide
No panel appears on Etsy
Ensure you are logged into your Etsy shop manager page. Refresh the browser tab and click the extension icon in your toolbar to activate the overlay.
Licence key not recognised
Check that you copied the full key without leading or trailing spaces. If you regenerated your key in the dashboard, your old key stops working immediately.
A daily sale failed
If Etsy experiences temporary network issues or rate limits, a specific day may fail. Failed days cost 0 credits and can be re-run anytime.
Out of credits
When your balance reaches 0, new sales cannot be scheduled. Visit your dashboard to purchase additional credit packs starting at $3.99 for 30 credits.
