Refund Policy
EFFECTIVE DATE: AUGUST 2026
1. Digital Goods Delivery
SaleLoop credit packs are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment processing. Credits are deposited into your account balance seconds after checkout confirmation.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Unused Credits: You may request a full refund for any purchased credit pack within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the credits from that pack have been used to schedule sales.
- Used Credits: Credits that have already been consumed to schedule and execute sales on Etsy are non-refundable.
- Free Initial Credits: The 30 complimentary initial credits granted upon account setup hold zero cash value and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for unused credits, please send an email to our support team with the following information:
TO: saleloop.app@gmail.com
SUBJECT: Refund Request - [Your Order ID]
BODY: Include your account email and reason for refund request.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
