1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the SaleLoop website, generating a licence key, or installing the SaleLoop browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Overview & Credits
SaleLoop provides automated scheduling utilities for Etsy shop owners via a browser extension. Services are billed using pay-as-you-go credit packs. Each credit entitles the user to schedule one 24-hour daily sale event on Etsy. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash monetary value outside the service.
3. Etsy Compliance & User Responsibility
SaleLoop automates standard seller interactions within the Etsy dashboard. As a shop owner, you are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your promotional discounts comply with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- Complying with local consumer protection laws regarding promotional pricing and strike-through pricing rules.
- Safeguarding your SaleLoop licence key and account email address.
4. Limitation of Liability
SaleLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SaleLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Etsy API unavailability, shop suspensions, or unexpected platform changes.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to abuse the credit system, reverse engineer the extension API, or violate these terms.
