Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

SaleLoop operates on a privacy-first principle. We store only the minimum technical data necessary to manage your licence and credit balance:

  • Account Email Address: Used strictly for passwordless authentication and sending magic login links.
  • Licence Key: Your licence key is stored so you can retrieve and copy it from your dashboard. Row-level security restricts it to your account only. You can regenerate it at any time, which immediately invalidates the previous key.
  • Usage Log: Metadata of scheduled sales (sale name, discount percentage, scheduled date, and credit deduction).

2. What the Browser Extension Does

  • Stores your licence key and your sale plan in your browser's local extension storage. This never leaves your device except as described below.
  • Sends your licence key to our licence server to check your balance and deduct a credit after a sale is successfully scheduled.
  • Reads the Sales and Discounts pages of your own Etsy shop to fill in the sale form on your behalf, and to detect which days already have a sale.
  • Does not read your orders, buyer messages, customer details, or payment information.
  • Does not collect browsing history and does not run on any site other than your Etsy shop manager.

What SaleLoop Never Accesses

The SaleLoop extension operates locally in your browser to automate Etsy promotional settings. The extension does NOT read, store, or transmit your Etsy buyer messages, customer names, order histories, financial details, or personal customer data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the SaleLoop service, verify licence authenticity, and maintain your credit balance. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address or usage logs with third-party advertisers.

4. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. SaleLoop never receives or stores full payment card details or billing addresses on our servers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data, email us and we will remove it within 30 days. Uninstalling the extension removes everything stored locally in your browser immediately.
